A Note from Aqua-Tots’ Co-Founders Ron Sciarro and Paul Preston

Over the last couple of weeks, we, like all of you, have listened, watched and taken swift action as the world has collectively moved to slow the spread of COVID-19. Like so many small business owners, we have weighed the heavy cost of temporarily closing our doors, knowing that such a decision would not only impact our swim school families, but also the lives of our franchise owners, managers, swim instructors, front desk staff and support teams all over the world. 

During this unprecedented season, we have been reminded of the true value of community. So, we wanted to take a moment to thank you. To our Aqua-Tots families, thank you for your patience and understanding as we have temporarily put your swim lessons on hold. We value your family and appreciate your loyalty as we navigate these uncharted waters together. For those who continue to support your local school, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your encouragement, understanding and assistance during this time directly impacts amazing families in your community, and by standing with your school, you are supporting a locally owned and operated business. 

Health and safety remain our number one priority, and that sentiment is more than our “coronavirus mantra.” It is the very principle by which we have built our business for nearly 29 years, and we are committed to doing whatever it takes to protect people and save lives both in and out of the water. 

Now more than ever, we remain committed to you. We are steadfast in our resolve to prevent drownings all over the world, and we expectantly look forward to the day when our swim school doors reopen, and we are able to welcome children and families back into our pools. Rest assured that as summer approaches, your child’s safety in and around the water is of the utmost importance, and every school is committed to doing whatever it takes to implement make-up lessons quickly and seamlessly to get your child caught up and equipped to swim safely once again.

Until that time, we wish continued health and safety to each and every family we have the privilege of serving around the world. Our Aqua-Tots family is better for having you with us.
