We welcome all candidates 15 years of age and older.
All aquatics team members must have a current Standard First Aid CPR-C. If you’re applying for an aquatics position, you must also have your Bronze Cross or National Lifeguard certification complete or be in the process of getting it.
We love to hear from people who will sing your praises! We recommend listing previous employers, coaches, teachers, family friends, neighbours and babysitting references. Please avoid immediate family members.
You sure do! We provide rashguards to the aquatics team and polo shirts to the front desk team.
Most part-time shifts are approximately four to five hours.
We offer competitive pay with lots of room for growth! Precise hourly rates vary by location. This is a great question to ask during your interview.
For those who are not comfortable in the water, the front desk is a great place to “get your feet wet” with Aqua-Tots.
Absolutely! Encourage all of your friends to apply; if they’re a good fit for Aqua-Tots, we’d love to have them join the family, too!
When you’ve completed your application, a member of the management team will review it, and if qualified, we will reach out to you to schedule an interview.
It’s always safety first and fun every second! During your shift, you will teach multiple lessons that are 30 minutes in length. And rest assured, the curriculum is already pre-set for you! You’ll also offer parents feedback after lessons, answer questions and help with daily cleaning tasks. Plus, you’ll be bonding with the most amazing co-workers around. It really is the best job ever!
