Mark Wilkinson joined the Aqua-Tots family in 2013 and opened his first school in 2014. He and his wife, Amanda, have two children, Cole and Cayden, and a dog named Charlie. Mark holds a degree in accounting from Christopher Newport University and discovered Aqua-Tots when looking for swim lessons for his son. He loves providing a valuable service to the community instead of the newest shiny object.
Our Owners
Stephen Bosanko joined the Aqua-Tots family in 2015 and opened his first school with franchise co-owner, Mark Wilkinson, in 2018. Stephen holds a degree in Business Finance from Christopher Newport University and worked in the service industry for 15 years before joining Aqua-Tots. He and girlfriend, Nana, have a baby named Kaylee. In his spare time, Stephen enjoys photography and golf.
Our Instructors
At Aqua-Tots Sterling, our calm, confident and certified instructors are ready to welcome your child into the pool. With 40+ hours of in-classroom and in-water training, they are well-equipped to teach your child everything they need to know to become a safe and confident swimmer for life, using the proven Aqua-Tots curriculum—tried, true and trusted all over the world to teach children how to swim.

Our Swim School
At Aqua-Tots Sterling, children of all abilities from 4 months to 12 years old become safe and confident swimmers in our indoor, 90° pool. With flexible class schedules, make-up lessons, and a fully stocked changing room, we're here to make swim lessons convenient for your family. So, sit back and relax in the comfy red chairs in our viewing area. We'll take care of the rest.
