Swim lessons at Aqua-Tots last 30 minutes. We’ve found this to be the ideal length of time that young children can focus while still having fun.
Our small group swim lessons at Aqua-Tots have a 4:1 student-to-instructor ratio. This ensures a safe and social environment for your child to learn to swim.

S.N.A.P. Program: Adaptive Swim Lessons in South Riding
Aqua-Tots South Riding offers S.N.A.P. (Students Needing Adaptive Programming) for children with autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, developmental delays, deafness, or blindness. One-on-one instruction with tailored goals in a safe environment helps every child build confidence and water safety skills.
