Aqua tots is an amazing program, I can't praise the staff enough for their ability to make all clients feel like family. The instructors always have such a friendly positive vibe, the safety features they teach the kids in the water is priceless. All around a top notch facility.

The customer service is first clas. The staff always greats my child by name and is welcoming. I know the coaches are young, most still in high school but they’re ability to communicate with parents and instruct students is amazing. You can definitely tell the staff have recived intense training before they are on the floor interacting with families.

I appreciate the consistency of the teaching no matter which coach is teaching class. I love the small class size and I like the feedback from the coach after every class.

Aqua-Tots is amazing! We weren't sure how our daughter would respond to the classes but she loves them and is learning a valuable skill. Due to our ever changing schedules we have had to change her class times and Aqua-tots is very accommodating. She has also had several coaches throughout and every single one has been very knowledgeable and has the best interests of the students involved. Everyone from the coaches to the front desk/managerial staff know our daughter by name and there is a strong family atmosphere. I can't recommend Aqua-tots Mesa enough!
