JONATHON MARTIN

Jonathon Martin oversees the Aqua-Tots Operations Team including technology, training, field operations, construction and launch. In this role, Jonathon works closely with franchisees and their local teams to identify areas of opportunity to enhance the customer service experience through operational efficiencies, technology and training.

Prior to Aqua-Tots, Jonathon worked in retail operations for 13 years at Leslie’s Pool Supplies. His primary focus was assessing and correcting underperforming markets, followed by a position as the Vice President of Training, Leadership Development and Events where he helped design, develop, train, and implement technologies and business practices to improve efficiency and overall sales across the country.
