Under Pablo's guidance, students develop both skills and character. He is known by his co-workers and swim families as a kind, caring and empathetic person who is always ready to listen or give encouragement. With a knack for motivation and a commitment to safety, he knows how to bring out the best in every swimmer. In the swim community, Coach Pablo is known as a great leader, mentor, role model and friend.
