Our Swim School

At Aqua-Tots Des Moines, children of all abilities from 4 months-12 years old become safe and confident swimmers in our indoor, 90° pool. With flexible class schedules, make-up lessons and a fully stocked changing room, we’re here to make swim lessons convenient for your family. So, sit back and relax in the comfy red chairs in our viewing area. We’ll take care of the rest.
 

Our GM

Morgan joined the Aqua-Tots family in 2022 as a front desk team member before becoming our office manager and now general manager. She loves getting to know our families and their stories and would one day love to own her own location. Morgan has her CSI Certificate and is currently working to complete her associate degree in liberal arts.
 

Our AM

Grace joined the Aqua-Tots family in 2022 as a swim instructor. She loved building strong relationships with the children and quickly became trained in S.N.A.P. and as a master instructor before becoming our aquatics manager. She loves helping kids discover who they are and develop their swimming skills. In true aquatic fashion, Grace’s favorite Disney movie is The Little Mermaid.

At Aqua-Tots Des Moines, our team is our family, and we're excited to introduce them to you. Our amazing managers and friendly front desk staff are here to assist your family and show you what the Aqua-Tots experience is all about. Whether you have questions about our program, need help scheduling lessons and make-up lessons or just want to say hi, our team is ready to serve you.
 

Our Instructors

At Aqua-Tots Des Moines, our calm, confident and certified instructors are ready to welcome your child into the pool. With 40+ hours of in-classroom and in-water training, they are well-equipped to teach your child everything they need to know to become a safe and confident swimmer for life, using the proven Aqua-Tots curriculum—tried, true and trusted all over the world to teach children how to swim.

Parents Know Best!

Facilties are awesome and each of them are very friendly and also on the same time they balance the discipline and make sure kids will learn the swim. Also facilities are nicely maintained with warm pool and one more major thing is easy schedule of any missed classes. Small thing - they provide lollipops to kids after they complete the class which is really good compliment for kiddos :) All in all very nice place to have kids learn swim here in an enjoyable way !!!

We absolutely love aqua tots. Definitely worth the money. Our toddlers are comfortable and safe around water thanks to aqua tots. Our four year old can swim independently since three. They also teach parents water safety so that you are more prepared in and around water. The coaches are fantastic. Our little ones are attached to their coaches and have a fantastic relationship.
