Our Swim School

At Aqua-Tots Central McKinney, children of all abilities from 4 months-12 years old become safe and confident swimmers in our indoor, 90° pool. With flexible class schedules, make-up lessons and a fully stocked changing room, we’re here to make swim lessons convenient for your family. So, sit back and relax in the comfy red chairs in our viewing area. We’ll take care of the rest.
 

Our Team

At Aqua-Tots Central McKinney, our team is our family, and we're excited to introduce them to you. Our amazing managers and friendly front desk staff are here to assist your family and show you what the Aqua-Tots experience is all about. Whether you have questions about our program, need help scheduling lessons and make-up lessons or just want to say hi, our team is ready to serve you.
 

Our GM

Katie joined the Aqua-Tots family in 2013 at our McKinney-Frisco location. She progressed through multiple positions and then took some time off to start a family. She then returned to Aqua-Tots as the GM here in Central McKinney. She loves welcoming families and building strong relationships with everyone at the school. Fun fact: Katie's son and daughter both currently swim at Aqua-Tots!
 

Our Instructors

At Aqua-Tots Central McKinney, our calm, confident and certified instructors are ready to welcome your child into the pool. With 40+ hours of in-classroom and in-water training, they are well-equipped to teach your child everything they need to know to become a safe and confident swimmer for life, using the proven Aqua-Tots curriculum—tried, true and trusted all over the world to teach children how to swim.

Parents Know Best!

My 5 year old loves it and looks forward to have his session, he is progressing each day and the coaches work with him at his pace but they always try to encourage him to do better and go an extra mile. We have worked with coach Kate and Coach Kayli and both are excellent, warm and skilled. The place is well kept and neat, The staff is friendly always ready to help. Overall I would recommend it to anyone who wants a good start for their little swimmers.

We love aquatots! we especially love coach shelby!!! we’ve been going for a few months & the kids are doing fantastic. i highly recommend them for all ages & stages of learning. they have good flexibility with scheduling & attendance.

We LOVE this new location and everyone here. The layout is beautiful and at convenient area for us. We love the staff Stevie at the front desk always takes care of us and every class she asks how we are doing and has built a relationship with my little one! He loves coming to see her. At first my 1.5 yr old was terrified of water but i started class for safety and to give us an activity once a week. After about a month he stopped crying in the class and had so much fun learning the skills. We are still working on some but getting better everytime. The 4-1 student teacher ratio is GREAT. I always feel like our instructor has time to assist with each child on things and gives feed back at the end of every class. I reccomend ms.katie as your instructor she is super sweet and fun with the kids and really knows her stuff and tricks to help the little ones and bigger ones adjust and listen!!
