Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Commemorates Opening of Worldwide Franchise Headquarters with Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
Aqua-Tots Swim Schools, the world’s largest swim school franchise, celebrated the grand opening of their 12,000 sq. ft. franchise headquarters on Wednesday, January 8, 2020.
MESA, ARIZ. JANUARY 14, 2020 – Aqua-Tots Swim Schools, the world’s largest swim school franchise, celebrated the grand opening of their 12,000 sq. ft. franchise headquarters on Wednesday, January 8, 2020.
The new state-of-the-art facility, located at 1110 S Greenfield Road in Mesa, Arizona, is positioned in front of the flagship Aqua-Tots Swim Schools location and boasts 6,000 sq. ft. of office space, 6,000 sq. ft. dedicated to Uncle Bear’s Grill and Tap as well as a functional rooftop deck for events.
Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Co-Founders Ron Sciarro and Paul Preston along with CEO Craig Wright welcomed guests and members of the community including Councilmember Jeremy Whittaker and Mesa Mayor John Giles who spoke on the importance of Aqua-Tots as a community leader.

Founded in Mesa in 1991, Aqua-Tots quickly grew from a mobile swim school serving the greater Phoenix metropolitan area to an international franchise teaching millions of swim lessons annually. Beyond the pool, Aqua-Tots Franchise Headquarters will utilize their modern and intentionally designed facility to train new and existing franchisees as well as equip school leadership teams with the skills they need to run successful swim schools both nationally and internationally.
“When Jane and I began teaching swim lessons nearly 29 years ago, we were simply trying to offer parents quality swim instruction options for their children,” said Aqua-Tots Co-Founder Ron Sciarro. “Little did we know that our passion for swim lessons would translate into over 105 schools in 14 countries today. This new headquarters office gives us a unique opportunity to serve our franchise owners as well as families all over the world, offering them the most advanced swim lessons available to keep children safe in and around the water for a lifetime.
