Aqua-Tots Opens Newest Swim School on 20th Floor of Vietnamese Skyrise
The world’s largest swim school franchise now open for year-round, indoor swimming in Hoang Cau, Vietnam
MESA, Ariz. July 21, 2020 – Aqua-Tots Swim Schools has announced its 110th franchise location now open in the Dong Da district of Hoang Cau, Vietnam. Located on the Floor M of the Sky 36 apartments overlooking Dong Da Lake, Aqua-Tots Hoang Cau officially opened on Monday, July 20, 2020.
Aqua-Tots Swim Schools has been the leader in the swim instruction industry since 1991, offering comprehensive swim curriculum for children from four months to 12 years old. With over 100 locations in 14 countries, families all over the world can experience the dedicated, year-round, indoor swim facility where their children can become safe and confident swimmers.
The 300 sq. foot swim school is the third Aqua-Tots location in Vietnam, ready to offer families the safety of swim lessons in a meticulously clean and well-maintained pool.
“We’re excited to bring year-round swim lessons to Hoang Cau,” said Aqua-Tots Hoang Cau General Manager Elton Dry. “Many people may not realize that Vietnam has an expansive coastline, and many residential areas are surrounded by water. Drowning has a tragic impact on our country, so being able to offer families swim lessons in a clean, safe environment is the best way that we can serve them. According to the National Institutes of Health, consistency in formal swim lessons reduces the risk of drowning by 88% among children ages one to four. This is a hopeful reality as drowning is the leading cause of unintentional, injury-related death among children ages one to four, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Aqua-Tots Hoang Cau is committed to keeping families safe and healthy and preventing the spread of COVID-19. The Aqua-Tots pool contains a commercial sanitation and filtration system which maintains the proper chlorinated levels. According to the CDC, “There is no evidence that the virus that causes COVID-19 can be spread to people through the water in pools, hot tubs, spas, or water play areas. Proper operation and maintenance (including disinfection with chlorine and bromine) of these facilities should inactivate the virus in the water.”
Aqua-Tots’ confident, AT-WSI certified instructors are well-equipped to teach children of all abilities how to swim using the proven Aqua-Tots curriculum. With a variety of class and membership options, Aqua-Tots Hoang Cau is open six days a week (Monday-Saturday), offering small group lessons (4:1 ratio), semi-private lessons (2:1 ratio) and private lessons (1:1 ratio). They also offer additional services such as adult swim lessons, Swim Club, Swim Team, the Special Needs Aquatic Program (S.N.A.P.) and Fast Track.
In addition to Aqua-Tots Hoang Cau’s learn-to-swim curriculum, the swim school is offering unlimited swim memberships and swim passes for residents of the Sky 36 Building. Family and individual memberships are available for six months or one year. Twenty pass tickets are valid for two months and individual swim passes are also available so families all over the Dong Da district can enjoy the year-round, indoor facility.
Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Hoang Cau is currently offering a free month of swim lessons to everyone who purchases a one-year or six-month unlimited swim membership before July 31, 2020. Those who purchase a one-year unlimited swim membership will receive two free swim lessons per week for a month, while those who purchase a six-month unlimited membership will receive one free swim lesson per week for a month.
