APRIL CAUIOLA

April Cauiola develops and implements training for new and existing franchisees and their local teams, providing and coordinating support through in-person training, continuing education and leadership development. Additionally, April oversees the Aqua-Tots Franchise Support Team to ensure quality and speed of support to the schools. 

April has extensive sales and management experience leading successful retail teams to drive and obtain revenue objectives. April was responsible to source, recruit and hire top talent by actively networking externally and building a deep internal bench. She has supervised division managers, providing coaching and engendering accountability for store results and staff performance. These goals were obtained through developing and implementing strategic action plans which increased sales in each retail location.
